Hello,
This is my network setup:
Cable modem (1 ethernet exit)
- goes into -
Thompson (ADSL Wifi router reprogrammed to take internet at slot 1 and share to slots 2,3,4 and wifi (found some tutorial in croatian to do it))
Then i have 2 comptuers in slots 2 3 and on 4 i have a network switch with 4 slots that i have connected my TV and media player and for guests

Now for the problem i have, when 3+ computers or mobiles are connected i'm getting ping issues on my pc thats connected on slot 2, even if they don't use alot of bandwitdh (i testest) i get ping spikes. Especialy when other computers are loading youtube videos i get spikes to 500ms then when it loads.

My internet is 10-11 Mbps i don't think that should happen at all if i'm correct.

I've found some tutorials how to make priority of traffic redirected to designated IP, i've done it and it doesn't work. I've got a feeling my router the thompson is total shit as it tends to restart every 5-6 hours.

Is it possible to prioritize the traffic my computer sends / recieves allways, no mather what the traffic jam is in the router that my packets go first?

Could u suggest me a proper router with the traffic priority feature that fits my needs?
Thank you in advance. I'm buying a beer
