I am Building a Gaming PC for the first time and i have been suggested this build for what i want to do. I want to be able to play Minecraft at max FPS and have mods ect While recording useing Camtasia 8. I want to be able to render my videos in HD for YouTube and i would like to be able to play Runescape on Ultra settings and some steam games. Would this build be ok? My budget is £500 no more and im from the UK. Thanks

Yes really good build for the money. I would personally go with M5A97 EVO motherboard if you can give a bit more money so you can overclock your CPU better, or if you can't stretch more M5A97 R2.0 because it should be better than Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard in terms of overclocking, and I like ASUS quality more

Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P is good motherboard and you will be satisfied by purchasing it. It has 8+2 power phases and it will serve you well, you should be able to overclock FX 8320 on 4.4Ghz without any problems. Since you're on budget it is the best motherboard for the money.

If the money is not the problem I would suggest you to go with GA-990FXA-UD3 (it's the best gigabyte motherboard for amd FX series processors and it has SLI feature as well if you want to go with 2x nvidia video cards in the future)
