best card to corsair CX 430v2

CX 430 v2 is quite old now so the efficiency is probably getting low and I also have a 125 watt CPU , can't decide
Thought of Gtx 650
Any suggestions

GTX 750 Ti is the best card to go with, performance wise and doesn't require external power other than the MoBo connector. It'd be my choice here
