Solution
If you are in a budget, FX 8320 would be better, you just need to overclock it a little to get 8350 power and its cheaper.
If you could get a GTX 760 would be better cause its the sweet spot for 1080p 60fps at high settings :)
The rest is fine :)

GREAT! But can I run the 760 off of a 500W power supply? Also could you maybe link the 760 that you suggest? Thanks

As for the mobo, I have a GA-990FXA-UD7 Rev 1.1 and it's been a pain in my butt since I bought it. These boards are really inconsistent quality-wise and I wouldn't recommend one if you're planning on overclocking. Now I got the short end of the stick, you might get more lucky and get a very good board but it's a lottery with these boards.

You could go for the ASRock Extreme3 [strike]or 6[/strike] (EDIT: The Extreme6 with 990FX doesn't exist apparently, my bad), not sure about the prices but it shouldn't be too big of a difference and these boards are solid, reliable performers.

Ok sounds good! Thanks! The Extreme3 is 10$ cheaper! Awesome!
