This one is only slightly over your budget, it has tons of features, you can Overclock with it (I am asuming you want to)

Here is another good board that can Overclock, it has less features then the first board but you can still run crossfire with it if you have two cards:

These selections all assume you want overclocking and are using an Intel 1150 socketed chip. if that is not the case let us know and I can revise the list.

Well for AMD is much better since is more cheaper. I would go with a 990FXA-UD3 from Gigabyte.
