Is there any way to use the Active Directory Administrative Center in Windows to search multiple domain controllers? Background: my company has 6000+ employees and 600+ locations on one domain, but each location has their own domain controller. If a user gets locked out at their location, we need to switch to that location's domain controller in order for them to show up as locked. We do have some centralized domain controllers to which user states propagate after a few minutes, but if the user calls right after being locked out it only shows up in their specific controller.

As far as I can tell, when I use the Global Search in the AD Admin Center it only searches the specific domain controller I have it set to. Is there any way to search all domain controllers simultaneously? Or is there a way to even just specific a few of them to search instead of just one?

That's pretty swell! Although, now that I try it I'm realizing that searching 600+ controllers isn't incredibly efficient in the end. Is there an easy way to narrow the domain controller search?

The only thing I can do is ask if having one large(600 DC) domain is the best way to manage the systems. I don't know, but maybe several domains inside a single forest would be easier to manage.
