Will this setup max out every game this year and next by having more than 30 fps?

yep, pretty much. However your computer will do a lot better if you get a z97 and K sku cpu and overclock down the road. and gpu overclocking aswell.

Hello,

So if I buy a MSI Z87-G41 and a Intel i5 4690K and overclock it for about 1 ghz and buy a R9 280x and overclock it for about 10 percent
could i reach the performance of a single R9 290 stock and will i be then able to play future games for about a year for sure with around 35 fps and with max settings on a ultra wide monitor and i plan on buying another one after a year or so?

You are missing the most important parts of the equation:

What resolution and what settings are we talking about.

For 1080p or smaller, high-ultra settings should be fine.

If you are talking about 4k resolution with crysis 3 fully maxxed out on ultra - no, you will not necessarily get steady frame rates.
