Hi there, just built my first gaming htpc and would like to use a wired keyboard and mouse from a bit of a distance. Anybody have any experience with using a usb active extender roughly 30 ft then using a powered usb hub to plug in a gaming keyboard and mouse? Would this work or would it cause so much lag that a wireless mouse and keyboard would be better? Thanks for any time and help you can give.
