I want to know your opinion about this pc build (http://pcpartpicker.com/user/tuga005/saved/Jcstt6), in some sites the estimated wattage is around 480 but in here is only 373. It that true, im just going to need 373 w.

CPU + MB - Fine and all, but at a budget level of $700 you could be looking toward an AM3 build (FX 6300 likely) for better overall processing (GPU and CPU).
CPU Cooler - Cools as good as a basic air cooler. Not worth the cost unless you really want to get into water cooling.
MEM - Very high latency being CL11 for DDR3-1600 modules. The AMD platforms respond well to faster memory. Look for DDR3-1866 1.5v modules with latency at either CL9 or CL10.
GPU - Why the GPU when you have the APU (built-in GPU)
HD - The Blue is fine, but the Seagate will perform better for less cost.
PSU - Stick with XFX or Seasonic for a quality power supply. There are others (select Antec, Corsair, EVGA, ect..), but XFX and Seasonic have always been good.
Sound Card - Not needed.
Monitor - Pretty small and cheap, but it'll work.
WiFi - USB is fine, but going internal is a bit cleaner of a look (less cables).
