Alright so im thinking about getting the Radeon R9 270x , but i have a crappy CPU, i have a AMD A6-3650, now ill my CPU bottleneck the R9 and if it does how bad will it be. There is also a second option i buy a AMD FX-6350 and use my current gpu (HD 7770). I also want to know which things price goes down the most throughout the year, the cpu price or the gpu price?

If you are switching to the FX 6350 you will need a new motherboard (AM3+) If you dont already have one. If you are going to be switching platforms and you are worried about bottlenecking then I would suggest the Intel i5. Your RAM will still work on the new motherboard and the i5 is a powerhouse for the money. Its only slightly more then a FX6350 and it has much better temps.

I have a FM1 board with the A6-3650 but if i get a new cpu ill get a new motherboard too, the FX-6350 and a motherboard will be around $185 but what im thinking is that i should buy the R9 270X now and then during the newegg Christmas/after Christmas sale i can buy the cpu and motherboard because i looked at the Christmas/after Christmas sale from 2013 and they had more motherboards and CPU's for sale than Graphics cards so maybe that would work.
