Hello tech experts, so i have this problem about my weird internet connection that disconnects and connects randomly.
The problem occurs about 3 days ago. but let me tell you the story first.
So i registered to a ISP that also provides TV cables about 1 year ago it all goes well but suddenly all the channels started to gone 1 by 1 until there's no channel left, so my father cancel the service 2 months ago. and then after suffering my father decided to register the service again (the same service, 6mbps speed with TV cables) a week ago, but this time the technician changed the modem into 2-in-1 modem and WIFI (previously the modem and the WIFI router are a separated device) at the first 2 days the internet run off smoothly, but at the 3rd day the internet starts to disconnects and connects randomly.
so to sum this up, the problem started to occur after the ISP changed my modem.
also i read it somewhere that i should uninstall the network adapter driver, i did but the problem still occur. but i didn't checked the "delete the driver software for this device" because i think i will not able to connect to the internet again to download the driver.
previous modem : Cisco EPC-2100 EuroDocsis 2.0 modem + Cisco linksys e900 wireless-n300 router
new modem : Cisco Linksys DPC3008 cable modem (with WIFI)
OS : Win7 64-bit
