I'm having a dell inspiron n4010 laptop. The battery was getting weak day by day and one day I used the battery to full of its capacity. From next day on wards the laptop won't power up with the battery and an AC adapter plugged in. It only gets powered up if I remove the battery and plug in the power supply.
I thought may be this was happening due to dead battery. So, I ordered a new one. But to my surprise the new battery also doesn't charge with the new battery.
Any thoughts on what may be wrong.
