Would a cpu cooler be necessary or could I get away without one?
would games like league of legends, battlefield, arma be able to be played on high or ultra?
Any suggestions are good.

You may want to consider a hyper 212 evo which is cheap and good if your overclocking. If your not then you can get away without one. You can play on ultra and high with that gpu. Be sure to select best answer if thischelped you.
