So I'm a bit tight on my budget and this is my first time building a PC, which is most if not all of the time will be used for gaming.
I'd like the PC to handle games such as BF4, Modded Skyrim etc and most of the games at medium-high settings with a decent framerate and such. (if possible)
Os/Monitor/Keyboard/Mouse have been already sorted out.
This is the build I've come up with so far, I'm not much of an expert so apologies if I made the dumbest choices I could http://pcpartpicker.com/p/FHxzXL
I don't really know if an overclock of the CPU is necessary but if it is I'll buy some aftermarket fans.
I'd also like this pc to last about 1-2 years before upgrading.

Solution
Looks fairly good. I swapped out the memory for something less expensive and also DDR3-1866 modules. Also added a CPU Cooler simply because you don't want to add one later... Now is the time. Lastly, the Extreme 3 had some issues in the past with the newer FX processors. You really can't apply a BIOS update without an older CPU in those cases... Opt for a different board.

Do you have a Microcenter near you? If so, check out the ASRock Extreme 4 + FX 6300 bundle. You won't be able to beat their prices...

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($112.29 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU...

Proofy

Admirable
If you can stretch your budget for 100$ more you can get this

It will last for the next 5 years for sure, the only thing you will change in the future is graphic card if you like to play games nice mid-high video settings

I sadly do not have a Microcenter nearby
But this is the MOBO you're talking about right? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157262
If it is, I don't know if it'll fit into my budget.
