Always when I need to do something inside the pc, I put it on my bed, and I sit aswell in the bed.
So.. To minimize a ESD, I have a anti-static wristband. But is there anything more, like no socks, no pants etc..
Does having the pc on my bed while im on it aswell, does that increase the risk of an ESD ALOT, or..?

the anti-static wrist band should suffice
