It really depends.

If you want better sound, get the sound bar or headphones.
If you want a better(more comfortable) chair, get the gaming chair.
If you want a bigger(or better) screen, then get a better TV.

Soooo, it's really up to you. Get whatever you want, and enjoy.

If you play FPS games and want to really go try hard get a nice pair of headphones and get a monitor. Then you can hook up your console to the monitor through HDMI. Also there's really no such thing as "better HDMI" unless you're talking about 4k because PS4 doesn't support 4k
