Solution
get the noctua. Very good cooler with very silent fans.

EDIT
Cooler master 212 EVO is the best price/performance and this is why it is recommended everywhere, but it is not the best cooler

Be careful if you want to change those fans, there is two type of fans. Air cooler need dynamic fans while water cooling heatsink need static fans.

these corsair static fans are very good. just a little bit noisy but hey put on some good headphone and you will not hear them anymore XD

I'll be using the corsair fans they always show on the h100i in their builds, and right now I'm in the process of liquid cooling my reference 290x, so those fan's are like joy to my ears over the jet engine that is AMD's cooling.

Ok so then my 2 cents since we've hijacked his thread so much. the noctua is a great cooler, go with it, that said the 212 evo is a great budget cooler, I had it previously, slapped some different fans on it and was happy for a long time.

They are designed to last at least the time they are on warranty. If i remember well, Corsair provide a 5 Year warranty.

Just to be sure, i would check for cracks or leaks every time I clean my computer from dust and other things like that (Which you should do each 3-6 month depending on dust in the room)
