How's the Kotetsu cooler

Hey guys, I'm about to buy a new rig, and I would like also to go for an OC in the future, I wanted to know what do you think about the Scythe Kotetsu, if you have any reviews or recommendations I would glad to hear.

and if you don't think the Kotetsu is good enough would you suggest me please another product that has the same price-tag more or less.

If it's necessary I'll use this on Intel Core I7 4790k

Looks like a mid-range cooler with 4 fat heat pipes and a medium sized heatsink. Included fan looks fairly basic.

Beats out all the other single fan competition in the reviews. Probably let you get to at least 4.5Ghz.

There are larger and more expensive coolers that will perform better.
