Why does my game keep crashing?

Hi guys,
I installed EA Create and after pressing the play button I get the following message Error message: "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available". I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game and my graphics drivers, updating the game. Nothing seems to be working.
