I'm building a pc its primary is Gaming streaming and recording vids. I thinking of getting a 500GB SSD for the Hardware aspect like the windows crap. and also 2- 2tb hard drives not going to raid cause i would like space i'm probably will be some external drives what size should i get?

For recording it's better to record to ssd, the write speed that the ssd brings won't make all your video data queue up like a hdd, if you know what i mean, it's betetr to record to ssd, then move to external, maybe a 1tb

raid 0: performance and normal capacity. no back up.
raid 1: extremely safe as it runs back up's so it effectively half the capacity

external drives suck for performance

Samsung 840 evo 500gb or 850 pro 500GB.

also weigh in the intel drives for reliability (5 year warranty), the new OCZ (made by toshiba) ssd's for price, and a nice balance of cost to performance with the crucial drives... that being said i love my samsung ssd's (magician is an amazing piece of software)
