Yes, but I could easily see someone just rotating it 180 degrees clockwise.

And I have to say the space balls quote..."Captian she switched from suck to blow"

Open case
Grab appropriate tool, a screwdriver is recommended.
Insert tip of screwdriver into screw holding fan in place
Apply force to twist the screwdriver to the left loosening the first screw#
Remove screw and store somewhere safe
Repeat for remaining screws
Turn fan 180 degrees about its axis
Return fan to position in case
Retrieve screw
Slot screw in appropriate hole
Insert tip of screwdriver into screw
Apply force and twist screwdriver right to tighten screw
Repeat with remaining screws
Close case
???

"Turn fan 180 degrees about its axis"

Correction:
"Turn fan 180 degrees about its vertical axis

Either axis should work, unless you turn it on it's corner O_o

Also, fan replacement should not be attempted without great care. Serious injury may occur, always wear safety goggles and non-conducting surgical gloves

Assuming the axis through the motor axle....180 degrees changes nothing.
