my laptop is a dell latitude e6410. for about two months now, it's been struggling to connect to my wifi. however, everything in the house is doing fine. what happens is that it'll be connected, but then show a caution sign that says I don't have internet access, and then it will disconnect completely. from there it will continuously try to reconnect, but it never usually does. a lot of times it will say it's connected with internet access, but when I try going on google, it says unable to connect to the network. I try to troubleshoot, but it either a) says there is no problem yet it's not connected, b) is says that the problem was fixed and it had something to do with the gateway configuration and then it works for a short time, or c) it says I need to unplug the router for 10 seconds then plug it back in which has worked up until now. now, the internet is not working at all. I have no clue what's going on. I originally had another dell laptop that started to do the same thing. that's why I got this new one. I backed up my old laptop and put it on this new one, and now the new one is doing it as well. please help! my operating system is windows 7 professional.
