i know that it is old yeah .. but still got some juice LOL ..

i have a 1GB GDDR5 GTX 460 SE card .. and i want to give it to my brother ..

well .. this is my question .. is Sapphire Radeon HD5850 Xtreme stronger than my GTX?

or you guys just suggest and ill search if there's one in my country .. ow and btw .. make sure that it won't bottleneck my cpu .. coz i don't know how to detect it .. thanks in advance guys .. !!

It really depends on what performance you expect and what the prices are in your country. It will be a bit better (I'd expect roughly +40%, depending on what games you play) and use less power than your current card. To decide whether that's fine is up to you, I guess.

5850 will be faster a bit, though not much. But it's a 5 years old card (in fact even older than your current one). Why would you want to buy it? What is your budget and what resolution are you using? Are you looking for second-hand cards or new ones?

I suggest you buy just the best card that you are willing to pay for. Unless you play in small resolution, your cpu (after reasonable oc) shouldn't be too much of a bottleneck for anything, say up to gtx 760 or equivalent.
