I am looking to build a budget (around $600 or little more) and i was wondering if this build would do the job http://pcpartpicker.com/user/jamescmmings/saved/KFM48d
I am hoping to be able to play the most demanding games at a respectable level. I am also not sure which motherboard to go with, if you have any suggestions for a cheap motherboard it would be much appreciated. oh and Im going to also be doing a lot of HD video editing with this computer

Made a few changes
CPU - 8320 vs 6300 won't see much (or any) performance difference for gaming, GPU matters alot more so saving some money there
Cooler - You won't need the liquid cooler unless your are O.C. and since you went with a very cheap mobo don't think this is a consideration, so got a good air cooler which should be more then sufficient
Mobo - newer chipset with some good features at a good price
RAM - 1600MHz and checked compatible with Mobo
GPU - best card for the price range (under 200) is the 270X according to Tom's August update (recommended PSU according to this site is 500W so you should be good on PSU https://forum-en.msi.com/faq/article/power-requirements-for-graphics-cards)

Comes in at $30 less then the initial build, and have a link for a cheap SSD if you want to get a boot drive setup (would be a recommendation but would have put me over initial budget)
