Hi i'm gonna make my h100i liquid cooler into a push pull configuration with 4 noctua nf-f12 ppc 3000 rpm.
And right now with it's stock cooler i'm getting around 73c max with max fan speed at 4.5ghz 1.300v
And i wanted to know how much lower than that 73c is it gonna get if 4 of those noctua nf-f12 ppc 3000 rpm ran at full 3000rpm speed since i can't find any benchmarks on the web :/

can't really help you with exact answer, but I use a swiftech custom triple radiator setup with quasi push pull at 2500 RPM. Pull is 3x120mm @ 2500 RPM max, smart fan variable speed. Push is 1x200mm 1500 RPM fan. I generally have positive pressure system (i.e. push is slightly stronger than pull), except when the trio 120mm revs up to 2500 RPM.

my temps with the 4770k OC'd to 4.5Ghz @ 1.35V is 69 Celcius max.

With water cooling, I think the main limit is on your liquid to CPU interface, not the liquid to air (radiators). You're definitely approaching diminishing return. I had the triple rad setup for a few years (back from 130W stock CPU days), if I were to build haswell system from the ground up, I probably stop at stock h100i and call it awesome.
