Should I upgrade my gaming PC now or wait?

Hey all! Should I upgrade my computer now or wait a couple of months? I built my current rig back in 2010 and haven't upgraded since. I use it solely for playing games and there's a few new games coming out (Call of Duty Advanced Warefare, Witcher 3) that I'd really love to experience the full effect of the graphics of the game. I'd like to be able to play all games at 1920x1080 and 60fps. Currently most games need to be run at Medium or low to experience no performance issues. I'm wondering if it would be best to upgrade now or wait.

My current specs:
Mobo: ASUS P6X58D-E
CPU: i7 950 3.06GHz
GPU: 2x GTX470 in SLI
RAM: 6gb DDR3 Patriot Viper II
PSU: 1000W
Case: CM Stacker
HD: 3x 500gb WD Blue Caviar in RAID 0

I'm looking at getting:

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD5H ATX LGA1150
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-1333
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB 2.5" SSD
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 770 2GB Superclocked ACX

Worth upgrading now or wait until closer to the holiday games release? Are there any component upgrades worth waiting for? Thanks for helping with this!

I wouldn't get the latest card as I don't want to spend too much money on a GPU but do you think it'll drive the price of the 780 down?
