i just want to know,is it capable for supplying power and handle my system...
1. Intel core i5 4460 cpu
2. G skill 4gb ddr3 ram
3.nvidia gt 610 2gb ddr3 graphics card
4. Gigabyte h87m-d3h mobo
5. wd sata hdd 320 gb

Yes, your system will barely use 200w under full load.

Yes it can, but i wouldn't recommend that corsair unit. Get something from tier 1 or tier 2 that fits your budget from this list (http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html)

OPs build needs nothing like 650w though. A solid 400w unit would be more than enough.

I would get an XFX450.

Also, just so you know, the gt610 will not be any better than the integrated graphics on the i5.

ya 450 watts would do, but I suggested the 650 watt in case he wants to upgrade to a nicer gpu in the future.
