So, I've recently bought three new items.
A FM2/FM2+ GIGABYTE F2A88X-D3H motherboard,
a FM2 AMD Athlon X4 760k Processor
and a stick of Team Elite 8GB RAM
Are these all compatible because when I put the computer together and turn it on, it doesnt output a signal to my monitor, along with these I'm using a EVGA GeForce GTX 650 and a 320GB HDD with Win7 and an additional 120 GB HDD. I really need to find out if these are all compatible. Thanks!
Also this is all running on a 630W PSU.

Make sure you have connected the 6 pin 12v block from your Psu to the 660 card.
A 660 card does require this so if it`s not plugged in it may be why you get no video.
Check you have also connected the eight pin block from the Psu to the motherboard connector at the top edge of the board above the cpu socket, the socket is black in color.

If all of it is connected, then depending on how you are connecting the lead from the monitor to the 660 card.
If Dvi, you should have 2 Dvi ports on the Gtx card.
One dvi port is for digital Dvi it will have one flat pin on the end of the monitor cable it must be plugged into the dvi port on the card if the case, to the dvi port with just a flat pin.

The other Dvi port can often take a mix of a Digital Dvi connector or Analog.
A analog Dvi has a large flat pin on one end and four smaller pins around it.

You will need to check if your monitor will take a digital Dvi signal or an Analog Dvi cable or signal.
Check the manual also for where a single stick of memory should be placed in the provided memory slots of the board.
Putting it in the wrong slot can sometimes stop the computer from booting to the point where you see a picture on your monitor.

With my psu, I don't see a eight pin outlet, if I went to a computer store would there be an adapter for a four pin one to a eight pin? People have been telling me to update the bios to F2, but I read that the motherboard already comes with it pre-installed. Any suggestions?
