Performance
FPS In Games such as black ops 2 nba 2k14 bf4 bf3
Rendering
Recording
Making YouTube videos

If you thing some should be changed please do. Budget 1800CAD if changing. Please don't change the perihepals. As I like them alot. Need samsung ssd 256gb. No operating system Wireless card or monitor

At that price range I would definitely go Intel, the 9590 isn't going to match up with the i7
In either case though wait two weeks and all CPU prices will be down for the X99 release, if you can hang on until october the 870 and 880 should be out, so either 780 price drops and you save a buck or you grab the new architecture (28nm chips still as the 20nm wont be out until next year)
