Best way to clean a PC?

Would the best way to clean a PC be to use a can of compressed air? Is it safe to blow into the GPU? I don't want to break anything lol.

that is the best way.just dont turn the can upsidown while blowing because it will empty faster.
that gas evaporates into air inside the can.
and yes it is safe to blow indise the gpu.
its best to hold down fans to prevent them from overspining.
