I am hoping on playing arma 3 and minecraft and unturned mostly

Honestly just look up for windows os from Craigslist or something. Spend that money towards 280x or 290.

Change to a Seagate Barracuda which as good and cheaper.

Get a better GPU but your should still be fine. Maybe get a 280X.
