My laptop sony vpceb12en mother board ,ram ,hdd is working good but problem display is show very dim screen

What s the problem?

Most likely it needs a new inverter. You should be able to buy the part for 10-50 on ebay; just make sure it's the right inverter for your laptop (designed for your model etc.). The difficult part may be installing the new inverter and removing the old one. Have a friend who is good with computers do this for you or you'll end up having to pay a repair shop a lot of money. For me it's not that hard but it all depends on how good you are with your hands and paying attention to detail like with most any other pc hardware.

To be clear, I am NOT endorsing this seller in particular but just helping you find the likely part you may need - buy at your own risk. It should be fine but these are individuals typically on ebay however organized they may be. Hopefully it's a smooth and easy transaction for you.

Your only alternative would be to go straight to a repair shop and they will charge a lot relative to you being able to replace this part yourself. It's not that easy to get into and many can find it difficult but conceptually it's not that hard.
