Hi all,

My work place is having a problem with the outlook web app in office 365.

There is a group which includes all users in the office and when an email is sent to all users there is one email address that bounces back with the message "Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it." The email address in that delivery failed message is spelt incorrectly missing one letter, but when I look around in the web app I see it is spelt correctly everywhere. Does any one know what could be the problem.

Because you've got it twice - once spelt right and the other not. Does the user actually receive his/her mail?

Yes this user does receive mail. I also forgot to mention that despite the sender receiving a delivery failed message, the user still gets the email in his inbox. This only occurs in the all users group. email works as normal everywhere else. The email has been added correctly only once.

Double check - carefully.

Double checked in the admin account, there is nothing wrong with the spelling. I'm sure I have seen this problem before a while back but can't remember how it was solved.
