Upgrading computer, opinions needed! :3

I'm going to upgrade my computer soon enough, and my budget is 320€ (if not 340, waiting to get the money for a power supply I sold.).

CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor (134,90€)
Motherboard: MSI 760GMA-P34(FX) Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard (51,90€)
Memory: Kingston Fury White Series 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory (41,90€)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (49,50€)
Power Supply: Corsair VS-450W (35,90€)
Total: 313,70

Notes:

1- Still waiting to see if my local e-store adopts the FX-8320E (95W version coming soon).
2- Will the power supply handle all of that? I'll be running a GTX 750 Ti with it.
3- I will be upgrading to 8GB when Christmas arrives, so don't worry about the RAM.
4- If I do get those 20€ more I'll end up picking up another motherboard (ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0 AMD970 SKAM3+ Total price being: 326€) instead.

The PSU will definitely handle the load. But don't expect much in terms of overclocking.

Don't bother going for the 95w CPU, your board supports up to 125w. So any 125w AM3 CPU will work. I suggest the 8350 if you can stretch your budget 15 euro more.

Your motherboard will be fine for the job. As long as you aren't doing heavy overclocking.

If you're planning on upgrading the RAM even further to 16GB later on then I'd suggest going for an 8GB stick now rather than having to throw away the motherboard for 4 slots of 4GB or throw away the 2 sticks of 4GB ram.

so...
CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor (151,90€) (Much higher clock speed and better overclocking ability) ;)
Motherboard: MSI 760GMA-P34(FX) Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard (51,90€)
Memory: Kingston Fury White Series 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory (41,90€)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (49,50€)
Power Supply: Corsair VS-450W (35,90€)

Total: 331.20€

If this is for gaming expect to be able to play games like BF4 on high-ultra and Crysis at medium-high with really decent FPS. Great for everything in between as well. I.e Video editing, photoshop, basic tasks etc.

I want the FX-8320E because it has a lower TDP and I intend for it to run cooler, plus we might see a better overclocking out of it since it has a lower TDP. I don't plan on overclocking it so I really don't want to mess with the FX 8320, that's a most to certain stay.

I may end up getting the Asrock motherboard which allows me to have 4 Dimms, 16 or 32GB of ram so I still will go with the 4GB now and add in another 4GB later and so on.

The website I'm basing off of is this one (Added google translator API):

I see what you mean. Although TDP is not directly related to Temps, it can be used as an indicator to give you an idea of a processor's temps. You will need a better cooler than the stock one if you want to get a decent OC outta that FX

You won't be overclocking with that board. You will burn it up. You would be better off with this.

I know, one step at the time. I will be buying an aftermarket cooler if I can't get to ghetto mount my current one. It's going to be a hell of a project! cx

I will be overclocking, in the future, but for now, that motherboard isn't available on my retail store so is the power supply and pricing are different. I live in Portugal not in Holland.

Actually that is Germany. I tend to go there for Euro based builds. Buying an FX isn't a great idea, nor is buying a board now for it and another later. It is a dead socket. No new CPU's are coming out for it, other than refreshes, lower TDP versions of Piledriver/Vishera. The Intel chip is already powerful, right out of the box, and doesn't need overclocked. PCpartpicker does Spain, Italy, and Germany for Euro. Regardless, you should be able to order from any country that uses Euro and have it shipped to you.
