Ok so the one above the CPU is going to be used by the CPU fan, there should be the one on the right side of the board beneath the 24 PIN power connector (labelled sys fan 3) that you can use, it is 4 pin but 3 pin can connect (there is a notch so it will only install one way) the 4th pin is for speed feedback so will be fine to run without it

unless his mobo has some fan controll software. my fans are all 3 pin(except for the CPU fan ofc) and they do have speedcontroll

Mounting method ? I didn't get you . It gets fixed at the rear . No issues there . I am asking considering the power consumption etc. Is it different from case fans because I got it with CPU cooler ? Can I put its 3 pin connector to the slots mentioned above (sys fan 1 2 3 )?

The issue with CPU fans is sometimes they have custom mounts (not standard) to attach to the cooler, if you can mount it then its not an issue, power consumption is not going to be an issue, it can be connected to any of the sys fan ports and should not be an issue, jsut make sure whatever one is on the CPU is connected to the CPU fan ports
