I wanted to import a r9 270x or a GTX 760......
The trouble I am having is that will it fit into my PC....
My question is that is it the case that matters while installing a new graphics card or the PCI-E version???
No trouble with the PCI-E because I have 2 PCs , one with PCI-E 2.0 and other with PCI-E 3..0,
should my case be the limiting factor?

Take the dimensions of the graphic card you want to buy, and measure the inside of your case (where card will sit) and see if it will fit.

Your PSU too does matter.
