Please help me out with which brand psu to use...
here are my pc specs:
Mobo: gigabyte ga-78lmt-usb3
AMD fx 6300 black edition
sapphire radeon dual-x r9 270x with boost OC edition, but i'll never be overclocking it.
8gb RAM
500gb HDD.
Help me out because i am sort of confused with the psu brands like which is good as now im using a Frontech 450watts psu and i dont use a UPS but there will be power cuts regularly in my area.

You should be fine with a branded 600W psu from cooler master, corsair, evga, antec, xfx. Tell us your options if you have some

but i thought 500W or 550W would do from the well known psu brands u mentioned. Do i really need to put in a 600W psu??

Yeah a seasonic 500w would be fine. I would recommend at least a surge/spike protector if you have unstable power.

Yes you can. I prefer corsair and cooler master. That's just my opinion
