I'd check if the PSU (Power Supply Unit) is not damaged.

Do you have an alternative PSU to check if that is the problem?

How does the problem happen exactly? It won't turn immediately after you shut it down, or after a while?

I think that at this point, if the PSU is ok, it could be a Motherboard problem.

Is your MOBO still under warranty?

Can you hear any "beep" when it turns on but you cannot see anything on the monitor?

At this point, i would check the following things:

First of all, check if your monitor is not the problem, maybe with another one.

2) If you can the hear the "beep", listen carefully to it and write here what kind of "beep" is (3 times, 1 long time,...)

3) Try to clear the CMOS by removing the little motherboard battery and unplugging your pc from the electricity. If clearing the CMOS will work, then make sure that any setting you're going to change in your BIOS is one at time.

4) If the PC is not working yet, try to check your Graphic Card, maybe with an alternative one.

5) Try to start your PC with the essential Hardware only, like a single RAM module and only the hard disk where the OS is installed.

6) If every solution does not resolve your problem, I think that you have to send your motherboard to the warranty service for checking if it is damaged.

Hope this helps.

Navoditv I would send the motherboard to the warranty or the store where you bought it.

I think that now is the best thing you can do.
