You can enable all the cores and that won't affect the TDP MUCH yet there will be a significant change (increases) in it.
What is the temperature reading when it is under load because you have stated that your PC runs hot while gaming?
When using 2 cores, it was going up to 70

It's even possible that it will reduce the temperatures. 2 cores at 100% load will produce more heat than 4 cores at 50%, for example.
I decided to enable them since I was wondering what performance I was missing out on (and it was a MASSIVE difference
) and then I checked the temperature. On idle, it was only around 30 and while I was gaming it hit 50-. Yep more cores under less load = less heat
.
And heres something that was weird. On 2 cores it was clocked at 3.2ghz but on all 6 it was running at 3.8ghz
