Hello. I've been creating my build recently and am planning to create it within 1-2 months. The build is:

I know the GPU is a bit outdated but I am worried on just how long this build will last me? How long do you think it will be until this build can't play the game of that generation at 30 FPS minimum on low settings? I predict that it is going to be around 4-5 years. Also, do you think that this build will last me until 2020 running Windows and the CC Suite? Thanks.
Also, this is another question. With only GPU upgrades, will this build be able to last longer? Or would I need to upgrade the CPU, RAM, etc. In the future, I won't be able to upgrade the CPU because the chipset the CPU is using is an AM3, which AMD stopped support for already.
