So i can get i5 4670k for 190$,so can u tell me is that a good deal? It's a new processor with waranty of 3 years.

Get it it's a good CPU. I have mine for a few months and I'm really happy with it. Consider to get an aftermarket cooler later, something like CM EVO 212.
