Here are the Minimum Specs:
OS: 64-bit: Vista, Win 7, Win 8
Processor: Intel Core i5-750, 2.67 GHz | AMD Phenom II X4 965, 3.4 GHz
Memory: 3 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 | AMD Radeon HD 5850
Hard Drive: 25 GB available space

Here are My Specs:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3210M CPU @ 2.50GHz
Memory: 5.9GB Usable RAM
Graphics: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
Hard Drive: Plenty Left

The rest are fine, and with the little research I did I found that the issue was my GPU. Seeing as how this is a laptop would there be any reasonable, preferably inexpensive, way to change this?

Thanks for any help guys,
Nick

Let's clear up some things before.

First and foremost, always ignore minimum requirements and take recommended as the actual minimum. They're nothing else but inaccurate and shouldn't be trusted at any time.

Secondarily, it's an unreleased game yet, so we can't know for sure, but IMO no, you won't be able to play SoM with that. With a BIG maybe, you may be able to sustain 800x600 at minimum details, but don't expect 60fps.

With this said, no, there's no cheap way for what you want to do, especially because the HD 4000 is an integrated card and is part of the CPU :)
I'm afraid you'll be forced to get something beefier to run that...
