i'm from indore india
this is my 1st build
i'm doing 3d animation course from an institute and i'm gamer too so this is my build and i'm getting everything from local market nothing from online cause of my parents
i5 4440
asus b85m-g
8gb corsair vengeance 1600
2tb seagate
zotac gtx 760
case cooler master n300
smps cooler maser 600w
monitor dell s2240l
i know that 8gb of ram is not enough for video editing and other animation stuff but i'll upgrade it later in 6 months because i'm really tight on bugdet
in my country things are overpriced
i'm not gonna overclock gpu until i won't need it
is zotac is good or should i look for asus 760 dc2oc which is costy
i know that asus is winner but price and availability both are too bad in my country
i'm not gonna play everygame at ultra.
high setting is good to me
and feel free to any suggestion
it will be a good advise if it save money

Go with asus 760 dc2oc

but save money and go for FX 6300 or FX 8320 if you can, it's much better for video rendering / 3D and will do good for gaming

Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard with FX 8320 would be great choice for you!
2x4GB 1600MHz memory
2tb seagate
asus 760 dc2oc

Then try to get Asus M5A97 EVO(cheaper) or ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 (more expensive but better for overclocking)
Also if there is little difference in price between 8320 and 8350 go for 8350! (difference up to 50$)

Yes cpu cooler and you will be fine about the temperatures. My room is not oc-ed I live in Dubrovnik and temperature is around 35C, cpu will be ok with cooler don't worry.

Low budget cooler: Hyper EVO 212
High budget cooler: Noctua nh-d14 or nh-d15

will fx 8350 outperform i5 4440 without any overclock and without any cooler at stock 4 Ghz + without heating problem
in 3D works because it will be like 6 hours of 3d work and 2 hours gaminging per day
I'll have to cut from 2tb to 1tb hdd to get hyper evo tx3 because evo 212 is unavailable
I can get fx8350 =[i5 4440+10$] so fx8350 is under bugdet and is 600 watt smps good enough for over clock to 4.5 or 4.8 and i am not gonna upgrade cpu gpu mobo case and psu for 3 to 4 year. And i won't overclock until i will need and is my case n300 is good for over clocking
And yeah i will pick your ansr just clear me about what i said above
Thanx man

FX 8350 will outperform i5 4440 in 3D work for sure, you don't need to overclock it for 3D work, stock will be enough

In terms of gaming stock FX 8350 is a bit better than i5 4440. Overclocked FX 8350 is a monster against i5 4440.
If you don't have money for CPU cooler then don't buy it right away because stock cooler of FX 8350 will for sure handle 3D work for few hours, just don't overclock cpu till you buy cooler...

why buy 600W PSU when you can buy XFX 850W for 70$ and you can always upgrade anything you want (like GPU, more fans etc...) in the future...

Though this is no modular PSU if you want semi a price is a bit bigger and 750W will be okay also (this one is silver certified also not bronze)

I would also recommend buying 250GB SSD when you have the money because it's awesome for Photshop, 3D stuff etc. of course you don't have to buy it immediatelly

So fx 8350 with asus m5a97 r2.0 at stock no over clock will be good with no worry on temperature right

Yes but if you plan to overclock FX 8350 you will be needing cpu cooler and m5a97 EVO version mobo
