will 2x 4gb totally 2 ram with 4gb each 1333mhz will run in my pc

My current configuration is
MotherBoard : Gigabyte GA-G41 combo rev2.0
Cpu :core 2 Duo E7500 2.93ghz
Ram : 1gb DDR2 800mhz
Ram : 512gb DDR2 667mhz
PSU : 450w Mercury SMPS
HDD: 1 TB
UPS : Numeric Digital E600 (20 min backup)
LCD Monitor : 18.5inch
dear frnz i planned to bu 4gb ddr3 since in market 4gb ddr3 1066mhz(cpu fsb is 1066mhz) is not available in market
can i buy 2nos of 4gb 1333mhz ram totally 8gb ram is it will perfectly runs in my pc config without any problem plz help

frnd will my board accept the 1333mhz ram without over clocking,,,retailer told that u need to overclock then only it willl....bro actually if my pc runs in 1066mhz speed means it enough no problem to me ......since im new to this Pc related..so only im asking so many times retailer confused me ....

Yes it won't run at 1333MHz w/o OCing, it'd run at 1066MHz w/o issues. And yes 1066MHz is the highest supported w/o OCing and won't cause any issues :)
