I have Catalyst 14.4 drivers.
My other system specs are:
Kingston (4*2) 8 GB DDR3 1600 Mhz RAM
Intel i5 4440
Sapphire Dual X R9 280X
The card is at the base clock of 1020 Mhz and 1500 Mhz memory clock(factory settings). I've tried to overclock and underclock and increasing/reducing power(vddc) but it doesn't work. Tried clean installs of AMD drivers about thrice. It gives me 30 to 60 FPS on BF4 mantle. Furmark score is 3894 points and Watchdogs gives me just 20 to 25 FPS at Ultra with Temporal SMAA. Please help!
My card is giving almost half as much fps as it should give (Watch dogs gives 50+ fps according to benchmarks and Ultra on BF4 should also be around 50+ FPS with lowest dip to 43 FPS)
