no, you need to buy your own card read, ethernet port comes with motehrboard

It'll be fine for browsing etc yes and because they're faster at loading things than hdds

And then where do they put the 128gb ssd they buy?
As the main drive or just one section to load stuff?

They just stick it into a sata port, same ports you plug the normal hdd's in, you haven't listed the ram you need to buy, get 8gb then multitasking will be good, most people put os and games onto it, for faster boot up times and faster map loading times

It said tow front usb slots in the front

Your motherboard will provide the back USB's, you'll have the back USB's on your motehrboard
