Battlefield 4, 6GB vs 8GB RAM

I believe you posted this thread yesterday. The parables is that 6GB RAM just meets what is needed but the 8GB is the bare minimum. Spit prevent any hige FPS drops stay with the safe 8GB RAM and you wouldn't have to worry about it.

Just to add, if you currently have a 4GB RAM, then maybe a 2x2GB stick with that same frequency and CAS Latency as the one you have now.

Also please provide the specs of the PC.

I have laptop and its really weak

i3 3110m 2.4ghz
4GB DDR3 RAM 1600mhz
640m LE overclocked to 1ghz from stock 500mhz and memory overclocked to 1k too
win 8.1 pro 64bit

i play with medium settings NO 4XMSAA and AMBIENT O.

also i play with high textures, i get around 50-60 fps, but i get FPS drops, not huge but i get them randomly.
And also note that i don't get fps drops while any actions or explosions are on, they are so randomly, i think it is about RAM so i might ask will 8GB or 6GB make any difference, i don't mind playing everything on LOW settings, i tried and still i get those drops, i dont get any graphic glitches or anything, i play battlefield 3 with all high settings

tnx
