hi ... i have 16gb of corsair vengeance ram default 1600mhz i also have an fx6300 oc'd to 4.3ghz and when i did this my ram frequency dropped to 1100 something, and now in the bios it hasent got the option for 1600 anymore should i leave this the way it is or what? thanks in advance .. mick :)

Solution
When the motherboard increases the CPU clock frequency, it will automatically decrease the RAM frequency to ensure that the system remains stable. You should just leave the settings the way the system set them unless you really want that extra RAM speed.
