Can someone look over my build?

Hi, I'm building a PC for the first time. After something like 10 hours of researching parts and what to buy, this is what I've come up with:

Obviously it's a pretty expensive build, so I don't want to have made any mistakes with it that will come back and bite me in the ass when the parts arrive. Are there any modifications I can make to increase performance for the same price, or any errors I've made?

I'm not planning on overclocking my CPU, so does that affect anything?

Thanks in advance

I made a few adjustments to your list.
If you are not planning on Overclocking then you dont need a K class processor. The K in Intel's way of telling you it can overclock. Same thing with the Z motherboards, Z is for overclocking. I always switched out your power supply as the CX is ok but for similar price you can do much better as with the seasonic units.

Bad choice of PSU. I advise you to read this before picking a PSU.

As you don't plan to overclock then remove the unlocked CPU and maybe get an i5-4690. And this means much money can be saved. As you don't overclock you can then remove the CPU cooler as a stock cooler will be fine. And save even more money by changing to a H97 motherboard.

Then everything else is good. If I am late to reply please don't think I am ignoring as it is pretty late here down under. So I might catch you tomorrow or PM me. Hope this information helps.
