Hey guys,
so after reading up on a bunch of forums and finding people crazy (in a good way) over the 270x vapor-x version, I decided I to order the Vapor-x version of the 270x by sapphire.
But now I looked at this review of tomshardware and am REALLY worried.
Apparently the vapor-x was the card that ran the hottest, made the second-highest noise, and still could not 'hold its rated clock rates'..
That last part "could not hold its rated clock rates" is the one that worries me the most. Does this mean I will get like 'flikering' fps when playing games? dont really get the whole 'boost' thing but if it like spikes the clock rates and then suddenly goes down, then up again, its actually rather not have this feature.
And from the looks of it overclocking the card is of out the question . Not only that, but by the it seems I may have to actually underclock it.
Hope you guys can raise my hopes and calm my worries a bit..thanks in advance..
